Andy King is a Specialist Partner at Flint Global, an advisory consultancy. Before that he worked at the Office for Budget Responsibility for 10 years, first as Chief of Staff and then as a member of the executive Budget Responsibility Committee, with lead responsibility for fiscal forecasting and scrutinising the fiscal impact of new policy measures. Prior to the OBR, Andy held a variety of senior macroeconomic and fiscal policy roles at the Treasury. He also acts as a technical advisor to the IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department on fiscal governance, reporting and forecasting.
